In January 2007, Herison set up a big fuser film sleeves manufacturer in Chengdu--Chengdu Jia Shun Yuan Technology Co., Ltd. The factory is located near Chengdu Shuangliu airport, it covers an area of 15 Mu, has workers more than 30. Our factory made every effort actively to develop a high value-added product—fuser film sleeves, broking the traditional processing technology and first bringing in the SSR film processing technique (special silicon rubbing) with independent property rights.
It made the products have large difference in quality and cost compared with traditional products and greatly improved the thermal conductivity and fixation effect. The fuser film sleeves surface both inside and outside after rubbing is smoother, more pliable and elastic, maximum extending the fuser film’s life.
Our fuser film sleeves could be used in all series of HP laser printer, combination, Canon printer, portable copier, big digital copiers.
